  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5-6 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and courier service operations.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and the chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

4. Shipping Locations

We ship to most locations within India. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location is not serviced, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver it again. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.

 

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services and will update our policy once international shipping is available.

 

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed and shipped.
